Most tutoring companies will match your child either with a university student, clever but often inexperienced at teaching, or a professional teacher accustomed to large classes and standardised lesson plans that don’t adapt to individual needs. We started Oxford Global Courses as an alternative to these agencies, where all of our tutors are highly vetted Oxbridge alumni trained in the Oxford/Cambridge approach, and have at least 300 hours of tutoring experience with prestigious British tutoring agencies.

We provide a free initial consultation to learn about your child’s academic needs, discuss goals and strategies, and craft a strategic roadmap to show how your child’s dreams can be realised. After understanding your child’s needs, we’ll recommend a selection of carefully matched tutors. You’ll have the chance to trial each one and choose the tutor who feels like the best fit.
After the first lesson, our team will reach out to you to ask how the lesson went. Our tutors also write monthly reports that provide details of the lessons taught, progress updates, and whether your child is on track to meet the goals outlined in the consultation. Parents have often commended the frequency and rigour of our reporting, and we believe this transparency brings the best out of students.
